We received carrot tops detailed information packet. After wading through the mounds of documents, researching things we didn't understand, and asking questions...we decided to move forward with the process.

Blessings to you all as you begin this process. Remember case files will include the negatives/scary alphabet diagnoses/shortcomings, etc. not the loving stinkin' cute things about CT (carrot top) that will get you all through the day to day challeneges of parenting an abused/neglected kid.
